Smith Point Hawkwatch report for Sept 10

Smith Point Hawkwatch report for Sept 10. Started an hour late and ended an hour early because of weather. All but 4 birds were counted between 10 and 12. Strong south winds than arrived. The frigatebirds seemed to enjoy it. Bob.
